Our leadership team successfully opened our first three locations within an aggressive 18 month timeframe and we have intimate knowledge of the decision criteria involved with opening your first museum, what fundamental changes occur when adding a second location, and then how the dynamics can shift yet again with the addition of a third location.
Because we are still closely involved with the management of multiple Play Street Museum locations in a single market, we are able to continually test, learn, modify, and improve our systems, processes, and tactics.
While we have certainly made mistakes along the way, these mistakes have allowed us to hone in on precisely what works and what doesn't. With our multi-unit scale we generate significant data and therefore continually analyze our efforts to discover insights that allow us to refine our best practices.

Our comprehensive training program covers the many aspects required to successfully start, operate, and grow your Play Street Museum franchise.
The training curriculum is delivered in four different formats: approximately 25% is classroom/team based; 25% is on site in an existing Play Street Museum location; 25% is on site at your new location; with the remaining 25% being web based.
Major topics areas include Museum Operations (staffing, software systems, guest relations, facility maintenance, operational procedures); Business Acumen (legal, finance, accounting, general administration, training); Growth & Development (sales, marketing, advertising, community outreach).
