Proven Experience

Our leadership team has successfully opened 22 locations in diverse markets across the globe (with 17 additional locations currently in development). In addition we directly operate 2 of these locations as ‘corporate’ locations which serve as learning laboratories and training sites.

Because we are still closely involved with the management of multiple Play Street Museum locations in a single market, we are able to continually test, learn, modify, and improve our systems, processes, and tactics.

Comprehensive Training

Our comprehensive training program covers the many aspects required to successfully start, operate, and grow your Play Street Museum franchise.

We provide quarterly, nine-week training for new franchise owners which consists of two components: a weekly online training for seven weeks and five days of onsite experience that covers a series of topics and in-store scenarios.

Topics include Museum Operations (staffing, software systems, guest relations, facility maintenance, operational procedures); Day-to-Day Activities (birthday parties, Playtime by Reservation, craft experiences, retail, cleaning and more); Growth & Development (sales, marketing, advertising, community outreach).

We are with you at every step of your journey... from site selection, to comprehensive classroom and hands on training, to working alongside of you when you greet your first guest on opening day.

We are passionate about your success and that means helping you in selecting your location as well as in designing and outfitting your location so that you can have your Play Street Museum location up and running as quickly as possible.
